Billing Policies
### Payment Policy Upon Receipt
Invoices are sent via email or text the same day service is performed. Full payment is required upon receipt. If payment is not received, services will be suspended until the balance is paid in full. A $10 reinstatement fee will apply to resume service.### Flexible Payment Options
- Prepay — minimum of 2 services (recommended).
- Payment at Time of Service — invoices sent at the end of the service day via text or email.### Professionalism and Respect
Our team is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with every customer. We aim to avoid uncomfortable repeated payment reminders by keeping our billing process clear and consistent.### Accepted Payment Methods

Lawn Service Policies
At Triple D Lawn Maintenance, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality service while keeping clear communication with our customers. Below are our service guidelines to help ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the season.### Services Provided
Weekly lawn mowing, including trimming, biweekly edging, and blowing off clippings.### Additional Services (Extra Cost)
- Weeding (flower beds, cement cracks)
- Hedge trimming
- Fall and spring clean-ups

- Mulch application
- Flower bed cleaning
- Pet waste removal
- Other — please inquire### Scheduling & Weather Delays
Rain or extreme heat may cause a 1–2 day delay in service. During the mid-July to August slowdown, please contact the office if you'd like to skip a service. If your grass doesn't need a full mow and no skip request has been made, we will weed whip and edge for a $20 weekly service fee.### Service Access
- Gates should be unlocked on your service day.
- Pets must be secured.
- Yards should be clear of toys, hoses, and other obstacles.A service charge may apply if our team is unable to access the property.### Tall Grass or Overgrown Lawns
Additional charges may apply for lawns that are overgrown or have not been maintained on schedule.### Service Route & Scheduling
